TI Connect is a software program developed by Texas Instruments Incorporated for both Windows and Mac users. The software links the computer to the user’s graphing calculator that is connected to the machine via a USB port.
Through the software, users can import data from their TI calculator onto the computer, download apps relevant to the calculator, and update their Operating System. The software serves as a universal link between the computer and the various TI calculators. This means that the user does not need to download the TI-GRAPH LINK program to be able to connect the computer to the user’s specific TI calculator.
Both versions of the software (Windows and Mac versions) are compatible with the following TI products: TI-73 Explorer, TI-83, TI-83 Plus Family, TI-84 Plus Family, TI-86, TI-89, TI-89 Titanium, TI-92, TI-92 Pus, Voyage 200 and CBL 2. The Mac version is also compatible with CBR and Vernier LabPro.
Users are advised to unplug the device from the USB port prior to installing the software. This will allow for proper installation of the software.
